Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 weeks making time for made to order purchases to be sent and up to 5 working days for ready made purchases. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Queefs and Kisses is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns after delivery, due to the nature of made to order pieces and the expense thus incurrs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at queefsandkisses@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
